From Local Passion to National Network:
CLN’S ORIGIN STORY

It all began with a CITY GUIDE IN Laguna.

I was working as the Editorial Director of a national wellness magazine when I launched Laguna Beach Living as a side project — just something creative and meaningful for my town.

But what started as a passion project quickly turned into something bigger: a thriving guide, paid partnerships, press invites, and a full-time income.

Other women started reaching out — real estate agents, creatives, moms — asking how they could do something similar in their own cities.

That’s when I realized: I COULD SHARE EVERYTHING I’VE BUILT.

And just like that, City Living Network was born — a platform for people who want to launch their own digital city guide, with a fully built brand, step-by-step strategy, and ongoing support.

Over the past 3 years, we’ve helped launch 22 guides across the U.S. — from Maui to Naples, Prescott to Las Vegas — each one built to reflect the local voice and connect real communities.
